I seek a senior QA role where I can lead QMS improvements, sensory and microbiology programs, mentor teams, and drive regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

I am a Quality Manager with 14+ years' experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Sensory Evaluation, and Microbiology within the FMCG sector. I strengthen Quality Management Systems through implementation of ISO, GMP, FSSAI, HACCP and NABL standards.

I drive product release efficiency and reliability by standardizing SOPs, managing non-conformance and CAPA, and accelerating finished-goods approvals while maintaining regulatory and label compliance. I have reduced finished-goods release time by 30–40% and lowered product variability through structured root-cause investigations and IPC controls.

I lead microbiology and hygiene programs, oversee EMP sampling, lab operations, calibrations and proficiency testing, and support flavourists and R&D with sensory evaluation and panel development. I have coordinated HALAL and KOSHER certification activities and managed internal audit governance to improve compliance maturity.
