What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end talent acquisition for international hiring, partner closely with stakeholders, and use ATS tools to improve candidate experience, fairness, and hiring outcomes.

I’m a results-driven HR and Talent Acquisition professional with nearly 7 years of experience in recruitment, stakeholder management, HR coordination, and academic administration. I’m known for aligning hiring strategies with business requirements and keeping recruitment operations smooth.

In my current role as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Kaplan International Pathways, I manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international hiring across Egypt, Africa, MENA, and Dubai. I handle candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and telephonic/video interview coordination, including scheduling across multiple time zones.

I also strengthen pipelines and reporting by managing job postings and candidate workflows through ATS platforms including HireHive. I collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to improve outcomes, support compensation discussions, and ensure recruitment practices remain fair, inclusive, and aligned with organizational standards.

Previously, as an Academic Coordinator & Talent Acquisition at Amity University, I managed faculty recruitment using job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, and databases, supporting screening, onboarding, and documentation. Earlier experience in operations and onboarding reinforced my attention to process, TAT, and employee support—skills I bring into every hiring cycle.
