I’m looking for a full-time recruitment or talent acquisition role where I can own hiring end to end, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding, in a team that hires at scale.

At Podar International School (IB), I run sourcing and interview scheduling for school hiring, manage candidates from first contact to final round, and sit on interview panels with the Principal. I also set up a structured, auditable process for staff letters and support compliance documentation and reporting.

At Quantiphi Analytics - AI & Data Analytics, I scheduled 50+ interviews a day and secured 75+ selections over five months across three business units. I partnered with business heads on recruitment mapping and coordinated onboarding from HR interviews and CTC fitment through offers and joining documentation.
