I’m looking to grow in merchandising operations where I can run promotional campaigns, maintain accurate catalogs, and improve efficiency. I enjoy cross-team collaboration and using performance analysis to deliver a smooth storefront experience.

I’m an Executive in Merchandising Operations, focused on developing and implementing promotional campaigns to increase sales performance. I collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, product quality, and smooth customer journeys.

In my current role at Swiggy, I streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. I also support the creation and management of a seamless storefront experience within the app, while analyzing campaign performance.

Previously, as a Catalog Specialist at Efficiently Global Solutions, I identified and validated errors reported by systems and customers, updated supplier data for existing and new products, and maintained an up-to-date price book. I coordinated with leads and suppliers to keep catalog information accurate and current.
