I’m a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations and Catalog Specialist with 3+ years of experience driving catalog management, advertising compliance, and quality assurance across Amazon’s global marketplaces (US, UK, UAE, India, Canada, Australia, and Singapore). I’ve focused on strengthening policy compliance, improving listing performance, and maintaining high operational accuracy through audits and quality checks.

In my role as a Catalog Specialist at Amazon, I managed end-to-end catalog operations and product listing optimization across 7 global marketplaces. I reviewed and moderated Sponsored Display Ads and Sponsored Display Video campaigns to enforce advertising and marketplace policy compliance in high-volume review queues, executed ASIN labeling and product classification for better ad targeting, and redesigned moderation workflows to increase review efficiency and consistency.

I also earned 7 All-Rounder Awards for operational excellence and process improvement, and I mentored teams on productivity, accuracy, and policy adherence. Alongside my MBA in Business Analytics & Marketing, I’m currently advancing into AI-enabled operations through an applied AI Master’s program, building project-based skills to streamline workflows and improve decision-making with AI tools.
