I’m looking to lead in real estate and finance—acquiring and growing commercial assets with rigorous modeling, strong leasing execution, and clean operational reporting—working with a team that values accountability, process improvement, and long-term investment outcomes.

I’m a Managing Partner who blends finance discipline with real estate execution. I source, evaluate, and acquire commercial real estate assets by leading financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiations to secure properties aligned with long-term investment goals.

I oversee day-to-day property operations—tenant relations, lease structuring, vendor coordination, maintenance planning, and compliance—to keep buildings performing smoothly. I also develop and execute leasing strategies, from marketing and tenant outreach to drafting LOIs, negotiating lease terms, and managing build-out or renovation requirements.

Before scaling real estate ownership, I led finance and growth initiatives at The Mavuno Group, working with the CEO to open multiple retail stores while keeping contracts and invoices honored under budget. I built initial budgets and reviewed financial statements to understand trends while improving processes.

Earlier in my career, I drove performance reporting and process improvement. As a Senior Finance Analyst at Moet Hennessy USA, I tracked sales, depletions, and inventory against historical and budgeted goals, built distribution dashboards, and led Project FREE by identifying non-value added processes and reports—while honing advanced planning, forecasting, and reporting skills across rotations at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (including SAP and Essbase and complex Excel modeling).
