At USA Properties Fund, I support FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting, and financial automation for a diversified real estate portfolio of 94+ active properties.

I build Power BI dashboards, financial models, variance analyses, and automated quarterly reporting packages that improve transparency and speed up business reviews. I also serve as a Prophix and Vizibly key user and administrator, supporting reporting templates, end users, and process improvements.

Previously at Johnson & Johnson, I led cash application operations across four business sectors and managed a team of five analysts processing more than 400 customer payments daily. I developed SAP and DIRECTUM automation that reduced manual processing time by up to 85% and improved cash allocation, KPI reporting, and controls.

My background also includes deputy chief accountant work at EGIS-RUS, statutory and financial reporting, bad-debt reserves, and RAS and GAAP compliance. I bring 15+ years of finance experience across healthcare, real estate, and manufacturing-related environments.
