Kristi Sawyer

I'm currently a supervisor at Butterball, where I supervise more than 50 associates, build run schedules, enter production updates, conduct safety walkthroughs, and hold regular huddles.

I previously served as a team lead, ensuring labels, film, SBD, and JD were correct on outgoing products, completing schedules within available run time, and training new associates. I also complete end-of-shift notes, packing times, associate discipline documentation, and shift updates for management and fellow supervisors.

Earlier in my career, I supported patients at Craven Regional Medical Center, New Bern Urology, and Pamlico/Oriental Medical Center through EKGs, stress tests, phlebotomy, patient histories, vital signs, injections, prescriptions, X-rays, and procedure preparation.

I've also worked as a teacher assistant, bus driver, dump truck driver, and restaurant team member. I bring experience with Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, KRONOS, communication, customer service, and multitasking.
