What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can coordinate operations, support people and teams, maintain accurate systems, and continue growing in education, administration, or community-focused services.

I'm currently coordinating before- and after-school programming at Elevo Learning, working with supervisors, administrators, and coordinators to support students and families. I keep enrichment activities and assignments running within scheduled time windows for groups of 20+ students.

Previously, I managed scheduling, billing, payroll, hiring, and administrative support for Alegria Behavior Therapies, while communicating with clients and insurance companies to maintain accurate billing information. I've also managed warehouse inventory and hospital and shelter shipments at Sunflower Motherhood, using ShipStation to maintain inventory and label accuracy.
