I seek a role that allows me to empower families and collaborate with a dedicated team, focusing on professional growth and impactful behavioral interventions.

I am a Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA) with a strong commitment to fostering positive change in my community. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Behavioral Analysis, I have accumulated over six years of hands-on experience as a Behavioral Health Therapist at Cincinnati Children's Hospital and as an in-home provider. My journey has equipped me with the skills to assess clients' needs and deliver compassionate care using evidence-based strategies to manage complex behavioral interventions.

My background as a collegiate soccer player has instilled a strong work ethic and teamwork skills, which I apply in my professional life. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge of behavioral analysis with coworkers, promoting a collaborative learning environment. Recently, I became ADOS-2 certified, and I am dedicated to empowering families through individualized strategies, ensuring that staff and caregivers are not only competent but also confident in implementing interventions.
