What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can combine digital communications, project controlling, process improvement, and operational coordination to deliver measurable business results.

I've increased the Croatian Hunting Association's digital audience by 880% in less than a year, generating more than 21 million views through strategic content planning, production, and social media optimization. I manage digital channels, web and editorial content, media advertising, field reporting, and publishing operations.

At Hrvatske Ceste, I led digitalization work for Centrix DMS, the Pelješac Bridge DMS project, and e-Invoicing integration with DMS and ERP systems. I standardized processes, coordinated business units, trained users, and strengthened project controlling through Primavera-based reporting on budgets, deadlines, and delivery.
