My name is Kristina Gashtarova, and I am a dedicated project coordinator and entrepreneur based in Shtip, North Macedonia. With a strong background in management and marketing, I have successfully led various projects and initiatives that foster youth engagement and development. My experience includes overseeing project timelines, writing proposals, and facilitating workshops that encourage teamwork and skill-building among young participants.

In addition to my role as a project coordinator with Youth on Board, I am the founder and business manager of SockItUp, an e-commerce venture specializing in socks and accessories. This entrepreneurial experience has honed my marketing skills and customer relations, allowing me to effectively promote youth initiatives and enhance brand presence. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management in Economics at Goce Delchev University, further solidifying my knowledge and expertise in the field.
