Earlier, I prioritized backlog and allocated resources across workstreams at Diversant to deliver a $1–2M project on time, streamlining processes that cut Verizon equipment order costs 50%. At Verizon, I directed Product Change Requests for FiOS services—managing requirements, testing, launches, and escalations—recovering $4M in revenue and contributing to $13B product revenue.
