At Ascent Business Solutions, I managed end-to-end recruitment for IT roles including System Administrators, Power BI Developers, and MIS Executives, as well as non-IT roles in healthcare. I sourced and screened candidates through Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter and coordinated interviews.
I also partnered with hiring managers to turn manpower requirements into job briefs, coordinated offer and joining formalities, and responded to candidate and employee queries.
At Nagpur Metro Rail Corporation Ltd., I supported onboarding, documentation, and exit coordination, and maintained personnel databases. At Lighthouse Info Systems Pvt. Ltd., I transformed data and created reports and visualizations in Power BI using DAX.
