At WNS, I worked as a Senior Associate - Operations from June 2025 until August 2026 where I handling inbound & outbound calls and emails, requests regarding motor vehicle accident claims, collecting necessary documents, raise payments accordingly and assisting customers with their requests was the regular part of my job.

Earlier at WNS itself, as a Senior Associate - Operations (Accounts Payable) from Aug 2017 to Sept 2017, I processed invoices, checked purchase orders and goods received notes, and uploaded priority invoices for payment runs in Oracle ERP.Collaborated with clients and vendors via email to resolve invoice discrepancies, conduct regular follow-ups, and ensure prompt issue resolution while maintaining strong professional relationships.

At Nexdigm, I handled accounts payable and intercompany payments, including foreign and customs duty payments, and looked after dealer agreements.

At Capita India, during my tenure between May 2022 till Aug 2023, I supported UK customers with water account queries, bills, refunds, and payments. I also helped customers track parcel deliveries, check delivery ETAs, and submit complaints or refund requests.

During my time at the same company between Nov 2019 till Jan 2021, I provided customer support through inbound chat by assisting with parcel delivery inquiries, updating delivery information and customer instructions to prevent service disruptions and ensure successful deliveries.

At CONCENTRIX DAKSH SERVICES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, I supported customers with UK banking queries and account requests. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
