What I'm looking for
I am an experienced Accounts Payable professional with a proven track record supporting APAC and India regions across multinational organisations. I have managed statutory payments, import and service payments, cash allocation and treasury reporting while maintaining SLA-driven accuracy.
At Alstom I process outward and inward remittances, statutory payments (GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESI), prepare TDS correspondence, handle custom duty BOE-related tasks and support vendor payment resolution. I routinely liaise with vendors, banks, auditors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment queries and ensure timely processing.
I have prior experience in AP helpdesk and large-scale payment disbursements at Siemens, OneIndia BSC and Upfield/contract projects, performing invoice matching, reversals, BRS, ageing analysis and consolidated cash outgo reporting. I mentor and cross-train juniors and actively contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing.
I bring practical SAP FI and ServiceNow experience, solid Excel skills, SWIFT and FX/payment knowledge, and a strong understanding of GRC and sanctions/clearing concepts. I seek roles where I can apply and grow my payment processing, controls and stakeholder-management strengths.
