What I'm looking for

I’m looking for opportunities to apply business and risk analysis with research and data-driven decision-making, while supporting HR operations and strengthening organisational effectiveness in a positive, growth-focused environment.

I’m a postgraduate with a strong foundation in education and business administration, focused on business analysis, risk analysis, human resource operations, and organisational management. I bring research-methodology skills, data analysis proficiency, and the ability to support HR functions and educational programmes with leadership, responsibility, and complete honesty.

In my Education Programme Intern role at i4Connect Foundation, I assessed 30+ learners, designed targeted literacy intervention plans, and collaborated with 5+ educators while maintaining progress-monitoring records and weekly feedback for data-informed decisions. I also completed risk-focused learning through a Goldman Sachs risk analysis job simulation and conducted sector and performance research using Sharpe’s Index—work that strengthens my quantitative thinking and risk mitigation mindset while I continue upgrading my skills over time.
