I’m a Business Analyst with 2.8 years of experience (and 4+ years overall) across EdTech and manufacturing. I specialize in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, user stories, stakeholder management, Agile/SDLC execution, and UAT testing, with a strong focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.

At Infinity Learn (May 2023–January 2026), I facilitated user onboarding workshops and training for students and internal teams. I developed process documentation, workflow diagrams, and user guides, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features for course purchasing, mentor interactions, and doubt resolution. I also worked on the Student Doubts Management Module—gathering requirements, creating user stories, coordinating with development and QA, and improving post-session doubt handling.

Before that, I supported business growth as a Business Development Associate at Exotic Learning by managing client interactions, conducting market analysis, and optimizing sales conversion processes through cross-department coordination. I also led safety and compliance training as a Safety Trainer and Site Safety Supervisor, which strengthened my discipline around documentation, inspections, and execution—an approach I bring into every business solution I deliver.
