At Geka Group, I oversee procurement and sourcing for 100+ SKU product lines in automotive and home-care chemicals. I manage supplier evaluation, RFQs, pricing negotiations, production planning, and quality checks, while expanding supplier relationships across China, Turkey, and European markets.
At ALB-KOS SHPK, I lead commercial strategy across procurement, marketing, logistics, inventory management, and business development. My work has included expanding the distribution network by more than 100 retail locations, introducing approximately 20 mobile accessories products, and reducing the inventory holding period.
Earlier, at Qendra Tregtare LIRIDONI, I built the non-food import department from scratch, establishing supplier relationships with Turkish manufacturers and creating procurement processes and a product catalogue. At Kulinare, I developed B2B customers and opened retail distribution channels beyond the traditional HoReCa base.
