What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a mall or facility operations leadership role where I can strengthen vendor performance, compliance, SOPs, emergency readiness, tenant relationships, and service quality across large commercial properties.

I'm leading end-to-end operations at Pacific Mall Tagore Garden, overseeing a premium retail property, outsourced service partners, budgets, procurement approvals, tenant support, and statutory readiness.

Previously, I stepped in as Interim Mall Head at Pacific D21 Mall during a management transition, maintaining 100% operational continuity across a 2.65 lakh sq. ft. property. I led tenant escalations, agency deployment, incident handling, management reviews, and cross-functional compliance monitoring.

I've grown through progressive operations roles at Pacific Maintenance Services, from Operations Executive to Operations Manager. My work includes SOP standardization, audit systems, SLA verification, service-quality inspections, training for agencies and management staff, and government liaison during inspections.

I currently support operations across approximately 6.60 lakh sq. ft., 157 tenants, a 169-member cross-functional team, and an annual operations expense budget of 43.30 Cr. I focus on practical service improvement, emergency readiness, vendor accountability, and smooth mall operations.
