I've built and maintained production Ruby on Rails systems for Talenteum, Kosmopolead, mTomady, and Reg Technology, spanning backend architecture, APIs, frontend modernization, and production support.

At Talenteum, I led a production migration from Rails 4 to Rails 7 while minimizing technical risk and downtime, designed scalable RESTful APIs, and migrated legacy jQuery interfaces to Vue.js. At Kosmopolead, I created a reusable Ruby gem for configurable CSV/XML exports, built Sidekiq workflows, and optimized PostgreSQL and ActiveRecord performance.

At mTomady, I delivered production features serving more than 10,000 beneficiaries, developed backend services and RESTful APIs, and added PWA offline support with Service Workers and IndexedDB. I also review code, mentor teammates, investigate incidents, and work closely with product owners to turn requirements into durable solutions.

For Konstitutionnaka.mg, I took end-to-end ownership of a Decidim civic participation platform, from customization and multilingual features through Docker-based deployment and Linux production operations. I use automated testing, clean architecture, Agile practices, and AI-assisted engineering tools to improve delivery, debugging, documentation, and code quality.
