In my current ServiceNow Administrator role, I administer users, groups, and roles for secure access control, and I manage Incident, Request, Problem, and Change lifecycles. I configure and monitor SLAs, support Service Catalog items and approvals, maintain Knowledge Base articles, and work on core platform areas like Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts (basic), while building custom tables, views, and custom applications/modules. I’ve also spearheaded data validation processes to ensure high-quality deliverables and meeting client SLAs.

Before ServiceNow, I strengthened my attention to detail through GIS engineering work—creating, editing, and maintaining geospatial data using GIS tools and AutoCAD, converting utility network data from substations to customer premises, and digitizing electrical networks across regions. I interpreted maps, satellite imagery, and engineering drawings, reduced rework through structured validation and audit processes, and ensured proper connectivity using topology rules and utility network guidelines.
