I'm looking to lead Agile software delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive scalable web, mobile, or platform improvements from planning through release.

At Airbet, I managed Agile software delivery in a fast-paced crypto iGaming environment, coordinating development, design, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable platform features and operational improvements.

I led sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives while aligning business stakeholders and technical teams on priorities, timelines, and milestones. I also coordinated a full UI/UX modernization and delivered bonus management and insurance system enhancements.
