At AK BARS BANK, I lead delivery for an 800K+ MAU mobile banking app across six cross-functional teams of 68 people, covering onboarding, payments, and core customer journeys. I increased onboarding and payment conversion by 12% and reduced critical issue resolution time by 30%.
