At Room 8 Group, I own a production Zoho CRM platform for sales operations, business development, and regional teams. I build and maintain its data model, automation, widgets, integrations, release process, and production support.
I've integrated Zoho CRM with Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Apollo, Slack, and Google, designing authentication, error handling, retries, reconciliation, pagination, rate-limit handling, delta-token recovery, and idempotent writes. I also built 70+ widgets across 10 modules, including mobile layouts and automated browser testing.
Previously, I delivered Salesforce integrations and CI/CD workflows at Noltic, configured and automated multi-cloud Salesforce implementations at SoftServe, and developed Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Visualforce at Synebo.
I also bring backend experience from Luxoft, where I developed Java and Spring Boot services for a navigation system. Across CRM platforms, I focus on dependable integrations, clean data models, controlled releases, and practical internal tooling.
