What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build and scale conversational and agentic AI products end-to-end—owning strategy, discovery, and launch—while partnering closely with engineering and domain experts to deliver measurable outcomes in regulated industries.

I’m an AI Product Manager and technical product leader with nearly two decades of experience delivering AI-driven products in telecommunications and healthcare. I build and scale AI product functions from zero, translate cutting-edge AI research into production, and own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.

My core strength is Conversational AI and agentic workflows: I’ve led LLM-powered digital assistant programs using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), dialogue management, and real-time ASR/TTS pipelines. I’ve consistently aligned product vision with business strategy to drive measurable impact through user-centric design.

Highlights include pioneering the ENELAI Digital Assistant Platform with LLM integration and RAG, and designing and deploying the Vodafone Turkey multilingual voice assistant serving millions—improving customer satisfaction and reducing human agent load. I also built the Kerna Health Agentic Voice Assistant for telehealth, off-loading administrative tasks from clinicians while supporting patient engagement and adherence.

Most recently, I built and led the Kerna AI Lab from zero as Head of AI Product & Director, defining telehealth voice assistant strategy, prioritizing roadmaps via user research and clinical needs, and instituting product metrics to measure adoption, customer satisfaction, and clinical outcomes. I enjoy partnering with engineers, data scientists, clinicians, and executives, and I focus on shipping reliable, scalable AI platforms in regulated environments.
