What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a growth-oriented finance and accounting role where I can apply QuickBooks, accounts payable, invoicing, and US IT staffing accounting knowledge while contributing accurate financial management and continuing to develop my career.

I've managed end-to-end accounting operations at SWD Services Private Limited, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor invoices, client billing, and payment processing.

I use QuickBooks Desktop and Online, CEIPAL, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets to process invoices, verify consultant timesheets, generate invoices, track AR aging, and maintain accurate financial records. I also support bank reconciliations, payment projections, MIS reports, and financial documentation.

My experience includes US IT staffing accounting, W2, C2C, and 1099 processes, gross margin calculation, vendor reconciliation, and collections follow-ups. I coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to resolve billing, timesheet, invoice, and payment issues.

Earlier, I managed end-to-end domestic recruitment at DIGITAL TASS, handling candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding documentation, and recruitment MIS reporting.
