I also bring 5+ years of customer-facing experience at O'Regan's Kia Halifax, coordinating appointments, documentation, financing and service handoffs, technology setup, and follow-up. I explain detailed processes clearly and see issues through to resolution.
Through CarPostClub, I build and test a mobile-friendly workflow application for vehicle-media intake, inventory-linked records, team communication, and listing preparation.
