I’m a Pre-Sales Engineer with 6+ years in IT and Telecommunications, focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure and network systems. I translate client technical requirements and business objectives into tailored solutions that drive measurable value and reliable outcomes.

In my current role, I engage clients to understand their needs, then scope and design solutions with vendors to fit client infrastructure. I spearhead RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical proposals and BOQs, lead end-to-end Proof of Concept (POC) processes, and deliver demos that overcome technical objections and accelerate the sales cycle.

Previously at Airtel Kenya as a Presales Solutions Architect, I designed and implemented configurations for routers, firewalls, VPNs, and switches—optimizing both network performance and security. I led end-to-end delivery of network enterprise services projects across LAN/WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPNs, VoIP, wireless networking, and security infrastructure, ensuring timelines, SLAs, and quality benchmarks were met.

I’ve also supported delivery through hands-on infrastructure leadership, including coordinating contract technicians for fiber links, microwave radios, and Mikrotik routers, and responding to incidents and requests within defined SLAs. I bring a structured, collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement—supported by certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet (FCA/FCP), CompTIA Network+/Security+, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect—plus ongoing learning in networking and cybersecurity.
