What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an organization aligned with diversity, inclusion, transparent communication, and trust, where I can grow teams, shape technical and product strategy, and deliver the best software possible.

At Taxfix, I led the engineering group expanding into the Italian market, scaling from 8 engineers in one team to 13 across three teams. I partnered with the CTO, CPO, and product teams on roadmap, go-to-market strategy, conversion, and submission-handling outcomes.

I've combined hands-on architecture with people leadership across Taxfix, Seven Senders, Airy, Hubrick, Omio, D+H, and Sapiens. My work includes Node.js, React Native, GCP/GKE, Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, MongoDB, PHP, microservices, search platforms, ingestion pipelines, booking systems, and payment integrations.
