Kishoby Sriranjan

I’m a motivated Data Analyst with a strong foundation in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Information Systems. I focus on extracting, transforming, analyzing, and visualizing data to deliver insights that support data-driven decision-making.

In my BakerTilly- Sri Lanka internship as an Associate Data Analyst, I performed data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and validation using Alteryx to ensure data quality across large financial datasets. I automated audit analytics and ETL workflows to improve efficiency, and I developed interactive Power BI dashboards and analytical reports to visualize KPIs, trends, and stakeholder insights.

I also bring research experience from academic work in predictive analytics and explainable machine learning. Through my final-year project, I built an explainable hybrid incremental learning framework for dynamic data streams, including a predictive modeling pipeline with preprocessing, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, and evaluation using accuracy and explainability metrics.

Beyond analytics, I’ve strengthened my data visualization and stakeholder-facing skills through an HR Analytics Dashboard in Power BI and Excel. I also led a capstone mobile application project as team leader, blending communication, coordination, and practical problem-solving to improve end-to-end outcomes.
