What I'm looking for

I am seeking research or R&D roles in materials science that leverage experimental characterization and computational analysis, with opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration and impact-driven projects.

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Computational Physics with a strong background in experimental materials science, particularly in characterization techniques such as SEM, TEM, EDX, XRD and thermal analysis. I completed an M.Sc. in Physics from IIT Mandi and a B.Sc. with high academic standing.

My research includes independent work on eggshell-derived CaO Portland cement antibacterial composites, where I performed TGA, SEM, EDX and FTIR to demonstrate antibacterial efficacy against E. coli and explored percentage replacements of cement with CaO. I have also worked on ferroelectric and piezocatalysis projects involving BaTiO3 and first-order reversible curve studies.

I bring practical instrument experience, programming skills in Python and C++, and familiarity with Rietveld refinement tools (Origin, IGOR Pro). I contribute well to interdisciplinary teams and pursue research that combines characterization, materials processing, and application-driven innovation.
