What I'm looking for

I seek a clinical or instructional nursing role where I can use critical care expertise, mentor students, collaborate with teams, and improve patient outcomes.

I am a compassionate, results-driven Registered Nurse with over four years of critical care and leadership experience, skilled in advanced patient assessment, telemetry, and operating complex medical devices. I hold a BSN and have experience as a charge nurse, preceptor, and CRRT/Impella and balloon pump–trained clinician who advocates for patient wellbeing and collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

As a current critical care RN and clinical instructor, I supervise and develop nursing students, foster clinical thinking, and evaluate performance while maintaining excellent documentation and communication using Microsoft Office. I seek opportunities to deliver innovative, impactful care and support patient-centered outcomes in clinical and remote settings.
