What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an ICU/critical care role where I can lead through collaboration, deliver patient and family-centered care, manage ventilation and high-acuity medication needs, and work with strong interdisciplinary teams using reliable EHR tools.

I’m a Critical Care Registered Nurse focused on assessing, monitoring, and evaluating patient conditions while administering treatment aligned to each patient’s presentation. I provide constant support to patients and families during recovery, and I’m skilled at communicating crucial information between caregivers, patients, and family. I work confidently across ICU and stepdown settings, including vent management and pressors/sedative management.

I bring hands-on experience with high-acuity care such as DKA & HHS, respiratory failure, sepsis, GI bleed, cardiovascular arrhythmia, ETOH withdrawal, shock, and post-cardiac events. I’ve also led and supported teams—working as a charge nurse on the night shift, orienting newer nurses, and collaborating with interdisciplinary groups to deliver effective care. I’m comfortable using MedTech EHR, Cerner EHR, and Med host EHR, and I value problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork in fast-paced clinical environments.
