Designed and developed customized packaging machinery and modular components using CAD tools, translating complex client requirements into precise 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings. Conducted technical client site visits to perform dimensional audits and engineer tailored retrofits or system modifications.

Designed and reviewed piping layouts, isometric drawings, and P&IDs for airport aviation fuel systems. Supervised pump station replacement and fuel loading/unloading system upgrades at Marsa Alam International Airport, and designed/installed aviation fuel piping systems at Kumasi Airport in Ghana.

Designed mechanical parts for production lines making biscuits and chocolate for major clients like Mars and Mondelēz. Created detailed 2D and 3D drawings for machine parts and assemblies using Autodesk Inventor, and coordinated between design, manufacturing, and site teams.

Gained hands-on experience in machining, assembly, laser cutting, and sheet metal forming. Acquired basic knowledge of CNC processes, quality control, and industrial safety standards.

Completed ASME B31.3 Process Piping Code course in April 2025.

Completed OSHA Compliance Course in January 2025.

Completed ASME B31.1 Power Piping Code course in May 2025.

Studied core mechanical engineering subjects including fluid mechanics, vibrations, internal combustion engines, and mechanical design. Graduation project: 'Design and Fabrication of a Hybrid-Fuel Rocket Engine.'
