I've led wellness workshops and one-on-one coaching at D&G Wellness, creating personalized action plans for student-athletes and staff around stress management, mindfulness, and holistic health.

At the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, I provided one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism, tracked behavior and skill acquisition, and partnered with BCBAs and families to support individualized treatment plans.

I've also managed operations at Canisius University’s Office of Academic Affairs, improving processes, overseeing facilities and events, monitoring budgets and vendor contracts, and connecting academic departments with university administration.

As an assistant lacrosse coach, I managed two teams of 20 athletes through playbooks, position assignments, individualized exercise regimens, and performance-focused encouragement. My psychology background, athletic leadership, and wellness coaching certifications shape how I help people build confidence, well-being, and performance.
