What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise AI, data, analytics, and technology strategy—building governed, cost-conscious platforms that modernize BFSI operations, protect data sovereignty, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

At PL Capital Group, I lead Business Intelligence and Data Automation across PMS, wealth, retail distribution, institutional broking, and HR. I’ve delivered enterprise BI and CXO dashboards, reduced leadership reporting from multi-day cycles to same-day delivery, and architected governed AI patterns spanning LLMs, RAG, conversational BI, MCP connectivity, and on-premises data platforms.

Over 20+ years in IT and BFSI, I’ve built data warehouses, automated trading and back-office operations, led cloud and analytics transformations, and founded a technology-enabled facility-management business that grew to 100+ employees. I focus on practical, secure enterprise AI that connects governed data, modern analytics, and automation while protecting data sovereignty and controlling cost.
