I’m a Project Lead with 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional analytics and technology initiatives across telecom and infrastructure domains. I specialize in Agile project coordination, stakeholder management, workflow automation, and data-driven decision support.

At VCTI, I led a 9-member analytics team, monitored delivery KPIs and resource utilization, and improved visibility with structured reports and dashboards. I reduced analysis turnaround time from 2-3 days to ~30 minutes (~99% improvement) by transforming a manual CSV-based GIS workflow into an automated PostgreSQL and Python data pipeline powering the Geology Insights platform.

I also deliver end-to-end analytics and platform initiatives—coordinating timelines, prioritizing feature releases, and partnering with engineering to validate requirements and coordinate UAT. Earlier, as a Research Analyst, I supported broadband infrastructure grant and RFP proposals totaling $145M and delivered 15+ executive presentations that translated complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
