At NatWest, I lead engineering, architecture, and modernization for Debit Card and Payment Fraud platforms handling approximately 300 TPS normally and more than 1,000 TPS at peak. I provide technical ownership across production stability, performance engineering, application design, and enterprise integration.
I've designed 30+ CICS regions, built the Fraud Bus Architecture and DB2-driven routing, and modernized delivery through GitLab CI/CD, automated testing, Python, and REXX. I also develop AI integration patterns and secure LLM architectures for enterprise banking, while mentoring teams through the Mainframe Community of Practice.
