At LADA Foundry, I develop casting designs for automotive and non-automotive parts, including housings, flywheels, differential cases, and crankshafts. I use SolidWorks and Creo Parametric for this work.
I use ADSTEFAN V26 to simulate casting and predict possible defects, then optimize gating systems. My work also includes tooling and pattern design, parting-line finalization, and prototype testing.
At Satish Industries, I worked as a Quality Engineer, maintaining inspection and test records and investigating quality issues and their root causes. I also collaborated with design and development teams to integrate quality standards into the design process.
Earlier, as a Trainee Engineer at V.P. Engineering Works, I supported production and manufacturing, performed inspections and testing, and handled production troubleshooting and documentation. I have a Bachelors in Production Engineering from Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
