At Super Engi-Tech Private Limited, I designed 2D drawings and 3D casting-component models in Siemens NX and SolidWorks. I developed gating and riser systems, validated designs through Quik CAST simulations, and reduced casting defects through simulation-based optimization and GD&T validation.

For my mechanical engineering project, I completed 14 CAD iterations and a nine-case transient CFD simulation study in ANSYS Fluent for a cardamom curing chamber. The optimized airflow, internal geometry, and heat-source placement improved thermal performance by 18%.
