What I'm looking for

I am looking for opportunities to apply my social work knowledge and make a positive impact in the lives of individuals and communities.

I am a motivated and compassionate social work graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Moi University. My academic background has equipped me with a strong foundation in social work theories, research methodologies, and intervention strategies. I am skilled in assessing client needs, developing support plans, and implementing appropriate interventions to promote well-being. My commitment to social justice drives me to advocate for clients' rights and connect them with necessary resources.

Throughout my internship at the State Department of Correctional Services, I gained hands-on experience in interviewing accused persons for bail reports and conducting social inquiry reports for the Courts. Additionally, my part-time freelance work allowed me to hone my writing and communication skills, creating content that effectively communicates organizational messages. I thrive in collaborative environments and am dedicated to upholding ethical standards while maintaining client confidentiality.
