At MAMA LUCY LEVEL 5 HOSPITAL, I assisted with psychosocial support, client information gathering, and case documentation under supervision. I observed client behaviors and emotional responses while working alongside healthcare professionals.
At RUIRU CHILDRENS’ OFFICE, I conducted social inquiries and prepared reports for child welfare cases. I also provided basic counseling to children and families in distress and assisted with identifying community resources.
