At Akiyam Solutions, I built AI-powered HRMS capabilities, including a LangGraph multi-agent Leave Management Agent that automates leave workflows through natural-language conversations.

I developed FastAPI REST APIs backed by PostgreSQL and async SQLAlchemy, added Kafka event messaging and Resend email notifications, and improved date extraction with deterministic preprocessing before LLM calls. I also built organization-intelligence services for org charts, reporting chains, SPOF detection, successor planning, restructuring simulation, and roster optimization using NetworkX, ArangoDB, and XGBoost.

I've also delivered Power BI reporting for sales, finance, and operations at Eagle-HiTech Softclou, cleaning and validating data while improving DAX measures, data models, refresh performance, and query efficiency.

My projects span YOLOv8 and TensorFlow dental cavity detection, LLaMA-3 clinical assistance, citation-grounded RAG over academic PDFs, machine-learning prediction, and automated n8n content workflows. I'm looking to apply Generative AI, backend engineering, and data-driven development to scalable real-world products.
