As an ICT Educator at FPT School in Hanoi, I applied AI and automation tools to streamline lesson planning, content creation, and administrative workflows. I also led a Civic Club and supervised student projects connecting ICT, digital citizenship, and civic technology.
I'm expanding into agentic AI workflows with LangChain and CrewAI, building multi-step agents alongside reusable prompts, NLP-informed workflows, and no-code automations.
