At FPT Software, I build AI-powered digital workers for a Digital Worker Factory that automates SDLC workflows, including code review, UI review, and software migration tasks. I develop full-stack platform features and multi-agent workers with LangChain, LangGraph, DeepAgent, and Codex.

Previously at Teamflow and Main Game, I deployed fraud detection systems, recommendation engines, content models, and scalable RAG pipelines. I improved product engagement metrics by 10% through large-scale user behavior analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven product improvements.

I've also built Vietnamese video-understanding and lip-reading projects, an internal Microsoft Teams assistant, and an autonomous customer support agent. I bring hands-on experience across NLP, LLM fine-tuning, semantic search, Document AI, and production AI integrations.
