I build operational AI systems across APIs, workflow engines, data stores, business platforms, and human operators. My flagship EOR, payroll, and CX automation platform covers nine business problems with explicit risk levels, human roles, failure modes, and acceptance criteria.

I designed its core boundary around a simple principle: AI interprets, deterministic code decides, and humans control exceptions. I integrated Remote Sandbox/API, Zendesk/ZAF, n8n, Supabase/PostgreSQL, Vercel, and Playwright, while building idempotency, auditability, approval controls, fail-closed behavior, and operational alerts.

I use Claude Code and AI coding agents heavily to accelerate implementation, research, debugging, and testing, while retaining ownership of architecture, requirements, evaluation, review, and deployment decisions. I built a frozen 48-case regression suite, diagnosed a systematic 47/48 failure, corrected the decision boundary, and reached 48/48 exact match without overstating what the result proved.

I've also launched a lead acquisition and AI outreach system, built a multilingual ecommerce marketplace, deployed a generative-AI event app for 100+ attendees, and demonstrated an AI voice sales agent for live outbound calls and calendar booking.
