What I'm looking for

I’m looking to deliver evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy in a team that values integrative, trauma-informed care and measurable progress, with room to collaborate on wellbeing/performance initiatives and continuing clinical education.

I’m a Licensed psychologist delivering psychological assessment, diagnosis and evidence-based individual psychotherapy in English and Spanish. I work across a broad range of needs and presentations—anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, grief, ADHD, life crises, and addictions—formulating personalized treatment plans and monitoring progress across sessions.

My approach is integrative and solution-focused, drawing on cognitive-behavioural and third-generation therapies, mindfulness, stress reduction, and clinical hypnosis. I also provide risk assessment, including crisis and suicidal-ideation support, and I’m consistently rated 5/5 by clients.

Beyond clinical practice, I’ve supported performance and wellbeing in high-pressure environments as an esports organization psychologist, and I’ve contributed to professional development by designing a CPD-accredited training programme. I enjoy collaborating cross-functionally, supervising multidisciplinary teams, and strengthening therapeutic and clinical knowledge-sharing.
