Nursing leadership and clinical operations professional driving performance improvement through workforce development and competency programs.
What I'm looking for
With more than 30 years of nursing experience, I lead clinical operations and nursing leadership work focused on improving healthcare delivery through performance improvement, project leadership, workforce development, and organizational transformation. I partner with executive nursing leadership, physicians, quality, operations, and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen clinical practice, enhance patient safety, and enable sustainable change.
In my current role as a Nurse Professional Development Specialist/Critical Care Liaison, I focus on competency validation, simulation and virtual learning, and program evaluation—translating evidence-based practice into practical education and measurable outcomes. I lead enterprise-wide initiatives spanning workflow optimization, sepsis performance improvement, Code Blue review, and leadership development across multiple hospitals.
I’ve also contributed to system-wide programs that build long-term clinical strength, including developing and coordinating a Critical Care Internship Program and co-developing a Critical Care Nurse Residency Program. I’ve authored and standardized education and competency efforts (including ECG education), led competency management initiatives, and developed policies and standards of practice to support regulatory readiness and quality improvement.
