I’m looking for a role where I can own billing and invoice accuracy, support customers with clear communication, and keep records organized in Excel—while contributing to efficient day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a dedicated billing clerk with experience in customer service, billing operations, and office support. I prepare and issue accurate customer invoices, generate import and export quotations, and verify/process payments to support shipment releases with confidence.

I also maintain accurate payment and order records using Excel, manage petty cash transactions, and handle daily administrative tasks. Known for strong communication and attention to detail, I respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, follow up on outstanding balances, and support a professional customer experience through fast, accurate problem-solving.
